Q: How do I check my subscription expiration date?


Login to your dashboard. You should find it under "account details" on your dashboard.


Q: My subscription has ran out. How can I renew?


Login and go to the recharge section of the website. In the "please select a payment method" box, select the amount from the drop-down menu and then select a payment method.

You will be redirected to a screen with a QR code. Use your phone to scan the code to pay. If the QR code is on your phone, take a screen shot and scan it in that way.

Once paid, go back to the QR code page and it should automatically redirect you back to the site.

Finally, go to the shop page and purchase your subscription with the money you added to your account.
